Take a big deep breath. Dealing with anxiety of any kind can range from feeling uncomfortable to completely debilitating. In a therapeutic setting I aim to address anxiety using a variety of tools and approaches. Usually drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and relational approaches. Creating a space where we can explore anxiety, exercise your autonomy, and build resiliency toward for life stressors.
